What is a DAF?
A Donor-Advised Fund, or DAF, is a charitable investment account that allows individuals, families, and businesses to make tax-deductible donations of cash, publicly-traded stocks, and other assets to a non-profit organization.
You set money aside in a DAF (Donor-Advised Fund), it grows tax-free, and you can donate it anytime.
Who can open a DAF?
Anyone, with a little planning and a giving mindset. DAFs are for donors at any level: 69% of gifts from DAF donors are under $1,000.*
